On Thursday 8th June, we are very happy to welcome Antonino Caravaglio himself during a meal that will be paired with the wines from his lovely winery on the island of Salina which is found north of Sicily.

 

For centuries, the key products of the economy of this land were wine and capers.

 

Our team has prepared 5 courses to match 5 of Caravaglio’s wines. We also added the family’s capers to one of the dishes, to pay homage to the importance of this ingredient which was crucial to Antonino’s father.
